It was with pain in his heart manager Leukefans had to thank Jannic Velkeneers for his years at the team.
Jannic has always been a team monument, a rock to build your team upon, a leader in lower divisions.
He is as well the last rider of the team that started in lowest Division, now already 9 years ago.
But team Leukefans is not cutting the ties with her past, and Jannic will get his place in the team Leukefans Hall of Fame, and te team already offered him a job in the management staff should he decide to quit his active cycling carreer.
For now, the whole team can only wish Jannic Velkeneers the best in his last years as a cyclist, and we are sure that our paths will cross again in the future!
